Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchase agreements concluded between the Customer and the online shop Lukk.ee (Egoral OÜ, registry code 12526799).
1. General

By visiting the site and placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms by publishing updates at lukk.ee.
2. Products and prices
Product images are for illustration and may differ from the actual item. All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT of 24 %.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices. The price displayed at the moment of placing the order is binding for the Customer.
3. Placing an order
- Add the product to your cart and fill in the order form.
- Choose delivery and payment method.
- Submit the order — an order number (LK-...) is shown.
- Pay via LHV/Swedbank/SEB bank link or card (EveryPay).
The order is considered accepted once payment is received in the Seller's account.
4. Payment
Payments are accepted via bank links (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor), payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), or Apple Pay / Google Pay. Payments are processed by the licensed payment institution EveryPay AS (part of LHV Pank).
5. Warranty
All products carry a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years pursuant to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (§ 218).
The warranty does not apply where the product has been damaged due to the Customer's fault (improper installation, mechanical damage, flooding, fire, etc.).
6. Liability
The Seller and the Customer are liable for damages caused to each other in the cases and to the extent prescribed by applicable law.
7. Consumer protection
In case of disagreements the Customer may turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. See also Returns and Privacy Policy.
Disputes not settled by negotiation will be resolved in Harju County Court.
