Returns

Under § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the Customer may return online-purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Return conditions

• The 14-day period starts from the day of receiving the goods.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging and complete (all keys, documents, mounting parts).
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

2. How to return

1. Email info@lukk.ee with the order number (LK-...) and the reason for return.
2. We will send return instructions (address, labels).
3. Pack the product carefully and ship via Unisend or bring it to Priisle tee 4/1 (Tallinn).

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued via the same payment method, no later than 14 days after the returned goods reach us. Initial delivery cost is not refunded if the Customer chose a method more expensive than the cheapest one.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

• custom-made for the Customer (master-key systems, programmed electronic cylinders);
• already installed or unsealed where reuse is excluded for security/hygiene reasons.

5. Defective goods

If the product received is defective or does not match the order, contact us within 2 days. We will replace the defective item free of charge or refund.
