This policy explains how Egoral OÜ (online shop lukk.ee) processes the personal data of visitors and customers.

2. What data and why?
- Order data: name, phone, email, delivery address, items purchased. Basis: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Payment data: processed directly by the payment gateway EveryPay AS — the Seller does not see or store card data.
- Accounting: invoices and accounting records are kept for 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act).
- Email marketing: only with consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
3. Sharing of data
We share data only when necessary:
- with the courier service (Unisend / courier) — name, phone, address;
- with the payment provider EveryPay AS — order amount, reference, email;
- with our accountant and the Tax & Customs Board as required by law.
Data is not transferred outside the EU.
4. Retention
Orders and contact data — 3 years after purchase; accounting documents — 7 years. After this we delete the data.
5. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies (cart, language, session). For analytics or marketing cookies we ask for separate consent.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data. Write to info@lukk.ee.
Complaints may be filed with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate — aki.ee.
