2. Delivery time

Items in stock are packed on the day of order if placed before 14:00. A tracking number is sent to your email.

For custom-ordered products the delivery time is confirmed separately (typically 7–14 days).

4. Receiving your parcel

Please inspect the parcel upon receipt. If you notice visible damage, refuse the parcel or mark the courier's note and contact us within 24 hours.
